FTA Hosts Cathay's I Can Fly Program
Sunday, August 15, 2010
The “I Can Fly Program” is an initiative of Cathay Pacific which is designed to encourage Hong Kong students to learn more about aviation. Cathay Pacific wants to inspire young people to spread their wings, reach for their goals and lend a helping hand to others in their community. "I Can Fly" was launched in 2003 and has run for three programme years (2003-2004, 2005-2006 and 2007-2008).
During the program, the group were housed at FTA's campus and visited Adelaide City Centre, Cleland Wildlife Park as well as having trial instructional flights at the AFTC and information sessions on site.
FTA is very proud to have hosted such a prestigious program.
