FTA farewelled Capt James Sze from the Hong Kong Government Flying Service (HKFGS), who has completed his instructional tour at FTA. Under the FTA/HKGFS Instructor Training Agreement, FTA provides helicopter instructor training to a couple of HKGFS helicopter captains per year, where after they spend six months honing their instructional skills at FTA, before returning to Hong Kong.
On his farewell, Pine Pienaar, FTA's CEO commented: " It is always sad to farewell our friends from HK GFS who have become part of the FTA family. James has been an outstanding instructor and a great ambassador of HKGFS and we wish him and his family everything of the best upon their return."
James is the fourth HKGFS captain who has completed his tenure as part of this unique program.
