Helicopter Training is the latest project in FTA’s training history, with operations starting in mid 2007. The decision to commence helicopter training has been driven by the buoyant employment market in the helicopter pilot job industry.

This buoyancy in the market together with the highest level of training delivered at FTA will put you in prime position to gain employment in the helicopter industry.

The Helicopter operations at FTA are undertaken by our sister college Adelaide Flight Training Centre (AFTC). AFTC was opened in 1996 to provide both recreational and “self improver” type training to both local and international students, and offers high quality, on time delivered instruction by the Industry’s top professionals.
