Hangar
The FTA hangar can accommodate 8 to 10 aircraft at any one time for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Located within the hanger is a spare parts store and maintenance control room.

Control Tower
Parafield Airport has its own tower which is operated by Air Services Australia. Hours of operation are 07:00 to 19:00. Operations outside those hours are permitted for FTA operations.

Cadets are accommodated in single room, fully furnished air conditioned chalets that house between 4 and 6 cadets. FTA is able to provide segregated accommodation for female cadets.
