Direct Entry Program
This courses are designed to assist airlines in selecting future Direct Entry Pilots into its airline. This course is made up of two modules
Module 1 – Selection
The aim of this selection process is to validate the standard of the candidate’s previous experience and their employability with the particular airline.
Module 2 – Training course
The aim of this module is ensure the candidate meets or attains the particular regulator requirements for licence conversion and to operationally prepare the candidate employment in the airline. This could include aspects like exposure to airline specific manuals and SOPs as well as Airline Procedural Familiarisation in the Jet training Simulator.
