One of FTA’s proudest achievements is customer retention.  As you will find, below 3 of our current customers have been training at FTA for a period of more than 10 years, and in the case of Qantas, FTA has been an approved provider for 20 years.

Different customers have a requirement for a number of different courses and FTA caters for all of these.  Furthermore, courses have to be delivered to the standards set by different Civil Aviation Regulators. Again, FTA has been able to meet the stringent requirements of the various international regulators.

FTA is very proud of its association with a large number of Airlines.  FTA treats customers as partners and strongly believes that these partnerships are key to a successful training relationship between the airlines and FTA.

Since 1982, FTA has trained a large number of major airlines from all continents with the exception of America.
Exposure to airlines from all over the world has given FTA an invaluable insight into the different training practices and cultural operating differences various airlines have. 

FTA has been able to adapt to meet these differences whether operational or cultural and ensure that the training delivered by FTA best suits the customer.
